Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from confirmation. During high-volume periods (drops, festivals, sales), processing may take longer.

Domestic Shipping (India)

• Delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on destination (Metro vs Tier-2/3 cities).
• Shipping partners may include Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, India Post etc.
• Tracking details will be emailed once the order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹70 within India (or Free shipping for orders above ₹799). Service to remote locations may incur extra charges.

International Shipping

If you are ordering from outside India: additional freight, customs duty or import taxes may apply - you are responsible for these.

Delivery Failures & Returns

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal or failed delivery attempts, additional reshipping charges will apply for subsequent delivery.

Estimated Delivery Disclaimer

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not order placement. Due to factors beyond our control (customs, courier delays, natural events), we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. You acknowledge this by placing an order.
