Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with OUTMIND. By placing an order, you agree to the following return/ refund conditions.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is received damaged or incorrect.

Non-returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing tags/packaging.
  • Products sold during “clearance”, “final sale” or “drop sale” events (unless explicitly stated).
  • Customised or personalised items made per customer specification.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, refund will be credited to your original payment method or provided as store credit at our discretion.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are possible within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we may offer a substitution or store credit.

Damaged / Incorrect Products

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photo evidence (product + packaging). We will arrange for a pickup and issue a replacement at no extra cost.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@outmind.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide a return pickup or drop-off instruction.
  3. Pack the item securely in original packaging and hand it over at the scheduled pickup/drop time.

Important Notes & Brand-Loophole Clauses

  • We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our conditions (e.g., worn, washed, missing tags, odor, visible use).
  • Refunds may take up to 10-14 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping charges, gift-wrap/packaging fees and duties/import taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable unless caused by our error.
  • For “drop” style limited editions (common in streetwear) we may limit or decline returns if the product has been worn or altered.
